Aaron Grossman is a 3rd-grade teacher in the Washoe County School District. Last year, he taught 5th grade. The year before that, he taught 4th grade; before that, 5th grade again. He also spent a year working in MTSS, supporting schools and teachers in improving behavioral outcomes. Before that, he taught 4th grade, and before that, 3rd grade.

Aaron was named his district’s Teacher of the Year in 2017 and was a finalist for Nevada Teacher of the Year in 2018. He was also recognized as an Education Week Leader To Learn From in 2014.

Aaron has received fellowships from Student Achievement Partners, the Collaborative for Student Success, the Goyen Foundation, the National Center for Teacher Quality, and Empatico.
